This service is to ensure that your Decision Makers and Internal Reviewers have access to expert advice as and when it is needed; each FOI request is different and some will be particularly complex. DATA PROTECTION TRAINING
Every organisation holding personal data must comply with the
requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations & Data Protection Acts 1988-2018 and training will help your
organisation to meet these requirements. Training includes:-

GDPR for Data Protection Champions - half day course
GDPR general awareness sessions - 90 minutes, delivered twice in the one day

RECORD MANAGEMENT REVIEW AND AUDIT
The Data Protection Acts requires organisations to retain records for as long as is required for your business purpose; this places responsibilities on organisation to manage their records and ensure that they are only retained for specified periods. Record Management Review and Audit will assist your organisation in determining the business needs for particular records and therefore how long they must be retained. AllOne will support you to develop your own Record Management Policy and ensure compliance with the Data Protection Acts.
